“Our street” follows the story of a simple working-class family, the Furmanczyks. For generations they have lived and worked in the city of Lodz, in Poland, in the factory that once made this city the promised Land, the textile capital of Europe. After the downfall of communism, the members of the family lost their jobs and their place on earth.

Marcin Latallo (1967)

Director, producer and cinematographer, owner of production company Camera Obscura. He studied directing at La femis in Paris and cinematography at the Lodz Film School. His works include short films and documentaries.
