“It Might Get Loud” tells the story of personal relations of three guitarists representing three different generations: The Edge (U2), Jimmy Page (Led Zeppelin) and Jack White (The White Stripes). This documentary glimpses into the style of their play and presents how they achieved the unique sound of their guitars. The film focuses on musical rebel of the artists, presents places important for their development and allows us to participate in exceptional discussions about their technique and the reasons for composing and playing the guitar. Action of the film starts on a day when Jimmy Page, The Edge and Jack White meet for the first time to chat, play the guitar and learn from each other.

Davis Guggenheim (1963)

American director and producer, born in St. Luis, USA. He graduated from Brown University. In 2007 his movie “Inconvenient Truth” won the Academy Award for Best Documentary Feature.
