A comedy about young scientist who falls victim to three unusually kind women. Ludwik is looking for a quiet place where he could work in peace. He rents a room in a house inhabited by three women. Everyone of them has her own dreams and obsessions. Mrs Maria is an owner of the house and she wants to run chinchilla breeding farm. Her niece Mary plans to eliminate her. Kazimiera demands to turn the house into a center of physiotherapy exercises for disabled women. Everyone wants to draw Ludwik into her plan.
