„Redegast” is a name of a rail station in Lodz ghetto. Trains with Jews from Western Europe and Czech stopped there. Documentary presents difference between wealthy Jewish intelligence from Berlin, Wien or Prague and their poorer, mostly uneducated “relatives” from Central Europe.

Borys Lankosz

Film director, graduated from Lodz Film School. His diploma, documentary “Rozwój” (Development) – 2001 was awarded with many prizes. His other works: documentary cycle “Z innej strony” (From the Other Side), which he realized in Iran, China and Zimbabwe, films “Kurc” and “Polacy, Polacy” (Poles, Poles).
