African American Mak is knocking on the door of a small Culture Center. He is warmly welcome by local officials. He does not know that it is not only Polish hospitality what makes them offering him presents. The Culture Center expects a visit of European Commissioners. Do they think that Mak is a Commissioner?

Graduate of Film Theory in the Jagiellonian University, Cracow; student of 5th year of Film Directing in Radio and TV Department of University of Silesia, Katowice, author of shorts (“Franciszek”, “Broadcast Rehearsal”, “Sleepwalkers”), screenwriter.

His “Live-Action Radio” was presented on the Festival last year.
