Fantastic plots from the beginnings of XX century’s novel transferred into the future, when new, “artificial” people are mass produced by scientists. In the world devastated by an atomic war Dictators try to improve the mankind. Degenerated individuals are being processed into valuable members of the society. Pernat, who is such a new man, rises against his caretakers. He tries to escape, and tries to encourage others to do so, but after being involved in the Doctor’s agent murder, he’s taken to prison and comes out from it changed man. In the dead agent’s workshop he finds black Golem, he sets him in motion and runs away taking advantage of the chaos which takes over the city.
