The Washing Machine is a story of an untypical Polish family and their old automatic washing machine, that they acquired during communist times. This device, which consequently destroys family's life, materializes communist times, which as it seems are still present in the mentality of some of the family members. Movie's main protagonist is Stefan Czarniecki, 18-year old "dude".
