Teatr Telewizji In her staging of Michał Bałucki’s (1837 – 1901) „Bachelor’s Club” play, Krystyna Janda managed to employ overwhelming set of actors (Stuhr, Gajos, Zamachowski, Pazura in one spectacle). Our theatre and cinema stars found in the Bałucki’s text enough material so they could create gallery of different, distinctive characters, each from which is incredibly funny in its own way. They have one thing in common thought: membership of the bachelor’s club. However, their steadfast principles are about to be put to the sudden and very hard test. The plot begins when young Topolnicki, freshly after heartbreak, intends to join the club. |
