The Small Cinema * Saturday (August 1, 2009) * 4:00 p.m. Hear All of Us, Poland (PL) 2008, colour, 21 min. dir Maciej Drygas An archaeological discovery of an early Christian grave made by the Polish expedition to Sudan becomes the grounds for a film mystery of deep unobtrusive symbolism. Maciej Drygas (1956) He graduated from famous Institute of Cinematography in Moscow in 1981. He was an assistant and collaborator of Krzysztof Zanussi and Krzysztof Kieslowski. Since 1991 he makes documentaries and radio programmes, for which he gained many awards (e.g. Felix of European Film Academy for “Hear My Cry” in 1991).
