They haven’t seen each other for 25 years. Both are after eighty years old. Matko Destanov, Zarije’s son is an idler. He asks Pitić for a loan. To grant himself money for an illegal petrol business, he tells Pitić that his father is dead. He chooses for his business partner Dadan Karambolo, addicted king of gypsy cutpurses. He is convinced that with such an ex- pert by his side he won’t put himself in any danger. Unfortunately, on the night of the transport of the petrol something happens and he ends up unconciouss...
